We back our sticks. Every one.


If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how it works.


Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no awkward conversations required.
To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and unmodified — sticks must be uncut, untaped, and unplayed
  • All original packaging, labels, and manufacturer stickers must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at elkfieldhockey@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.


Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.


The following cannot be returned: items showing signs of use or modification, sale or clearance items, and any customised products.


Warranty
Every Elk Hockey stick is built to perform. If yours fails under normal playing conditions, we want to know about it.


All sticks are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This covers:

  • Structural failure during normal play (e.g. shaft breaking, head detaching)

This does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse — striking other sticks, goalposts, or hard surfaces
  • Cosmetic damage such as paint chips, scratches, or grip wear
  • Modifications made to the stick after purchase

 

To make a warranty claim, email elkfieldhockey@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your stick at our discretion.


Warranty coverage is determined exclusively by Elk Hockey and cannot be guaranteed until the product has been assessed.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
